We are pleased to announce four dates for this year’s one-day ‘Teaching Music with iPads’:

Leeds 16/01/2017 – Book Now
London 17/01/2017 – Book Now
Birmingham 19/01/2017 – Book Now
Manchester 20/01/2017 – Book Now

Our Teaching Music with iPads training provides everything you need to deliver high-impact composition and performance projects using iPads. Over the course of the day, we will explore tasks that develop musicianship and knowledge of music theory through structured composition and improvisation tasks. Activities will be based on best practice when using tablet technology to teach music, with clear links to the National Curriculum and a strong cross-curricular emphasis. The course is designed for both specialist and non-specialist musicians at KS 1 – 3, including those who have never touched an iPad before! All courses include a copy of the new ‘Garageband for Key Stage 2/3’, a complete teaching resource.

We know it is tough times for school budgets so we are offering an Early-bird Discount – £149 – if you book before 30th November. We are also offering all delegates to bring a Colleague for Half the Price. This could be a technologically minded TA, or perhaps your SENCO.

“…powerfully simple and clever, giving the children complete empowerment to create songs that sound very sophisticated.   I no longer feel terrified about how to use GarageBand in a classroom setting.” – Primary Music Specialist, Sheffield

“A most enjoyable day, thank you. I am excited about using these apps and the ideas you gave to place them into our school curriculum. I am not very technologically minded but found the way you presented the sessions and the ideas you provided very engaging and highly motivating.” Anna Howard, SENCO/Music Leader, Bellfield Primary School
